Curriculum
All Graduate Certificate in Organizational Change students are required to successfully complete 4 required courses:
ORGD 601, Introducing Organizational Change
ORGD 602, Enhancing Individual & Group Effectiveness
ORGD 604, Diagnosing Organizational Issues
ORGD 606, Engaging Whole Systems for Change
Additionally, students must select an elective course from the following list:
ORGD 603, Building a Strategic Organization
ORGD 632, Managing Strategic Human Resources
ORGD 608, Leading for Organizational Success
Please note: Courses within the Graduate Certificate in Organizational Change are not offered online. For each course, students come to campus one night per week from 6:00 - 9:00 PM.
