Institute for Organizational Effectiveness provides
expertise in managing and improving organizational
performance to business firms (manufacturing and
service), governmental agencies, and not-for-profit
organizations. The services provided include

Educational
Programs:
- The
Department of Management is a leading center for
the study and application of organization development
concepts and practices. The department provides
both academic and executive education programs.
- The
Master of Organization Development Program pioneered
the concept of empirically-based change. The
masters program is taught in both traditional and
weekend formats. The department also designs
customized executive education programs in human
resource management, organization development,
production management, and purchasing management.
