Course Overview:

This course introduces electronic commerce technologies.  Topics include Internet technology for business advantage, managing electronic commerce funds transfer, reinventing the future of business through electronic commerce, business opportunities in electronic commerce, electronic commerce Web site design, social, political and ethical issues associated with electronic commerce, and business plans for technology ventures.   

The course will also provide students with a comprehensive understanding of ColdFusion and data driven Web sites. It will provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to create Web sites. Students will learn how to create a Web site using ColdFusion. Through hands-on exercises and a semester long project students will learn how to apply their knowledge and develop their ideas and skills.

             Excused Policy

                        A total score of 90% on 5 quizzes excuses you from the 4 short answer questions

                        Submission of 4 HOPs on time excuses you from the second Cold Fusion exercise

                        Excusal gives you 100% of the excused points
