Nancy Kubasek is a professor of Legal Studies at Bowling Green State University, where she has taught since 1983. She currently teaches Environmental Law,
the Legal Environment of Business, Public Health Law, and Moral Principles. She is also serving as Vice-President and a member of the Executive Committee of the Academy of Legal
Studies, the professional organization of those teaching law to undergraduates in colleges of business administration.
