1. Printing double sided copies is acceptable. IF you are having difficulty printing graphs, try going to a different computer lab (BA or the Main Library).
2. When entering the Participating Professional responses, enter the response of 1 as “10”, etc. See page 5 of the “PAQ Introductory Guide”

Creating reports
Take reports (approx 40 pages) to copier to duplicate 2 additional copies.
NOTE: Your final project will also include the original job description and performance appraisal from your participating professional as well as your team’s analysis of each.
• Format (1) set of reports in formal presentation to turn in for a grade.
– Binder
– Cover sheet / page
– Table of contents
– Tabs for each section
• Return (1) set of reports to your Participating Professional with a thank you note.
• Keep (1) set of reports to discuss in class.
