The
College and its students support nearly 20 student
organizations, including quite a variety:
- several
associated with national organizations, industry
groups, and/or honor societies
- some
relatively small and others quite large
- some
invite members from a diverse set of majors or
specializations
- most
participate in community service
- most
conduct projects associated with their fields of
interest
- most
have speakers from career areas.
A
few reasons we encourage students to participate
in organizations:
- Learn
about careers and develop skills for success.
- Meet
students, alumni, and professionals in the field.
- Help
the community through service projects.
- Practice
teamwork and leadership.
More
information about CBA student organizations is available
in each program area or department as listed below.
Current events are posted on the organizations' bulletin
boards on the first floor of the Business Administration
building. In addition to organizations in the College,
many other student organizations are active at the
University; click
