List of Scholarships

Each Spring, the College of Business Administration recognizes the scholastic achievements of undergraduate students at the CBA Honors and Awards program. Scholarship donors are also recognized for the positive investments they have made in CBA students' futures. CBA students were awarded university, college, and department scholarships totaling nearly $218,000 in Spring 2006.

The Karl E. Vogt Award is given annually to the outstanding senior in Business Administration.  The recipient is selected on the basis of superior scholarship and participation, leadership, and excellence in campus and community activities.  The top three finalists were Amanda Szabo, Keeley Dayton and Erica Walsh.  Amanda Szabo was selected as CBA’s outstanding graduating senior.

Amanda graduated magna cum laude in May 2006 with specializations in Management Information Systems, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and Production and Operations Management in the BSBA program.  She received a number of honors and awards including being selected as a "student you should know" by Purchasing magazine.  Upon graduation, Amanda accepted an offer by General Electric Aviation to join their Operation Management Leadership Program.
