The BGSU Society of Entrepreneurs (SOE) is a student organization that was founded to fill the need for students to participate in practical business experiences through traditional organizational activities as well as "entrepreneurial" opportunities.  It encourages and fosters the entrepreneurial mindset through the various activities the group participates in such as charitable fundraisers, participation in campus events, speaking engagements on behalf of the Entrepreneurship Academic Programs, and participation in the Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) competition.

The group was organized and chartered over three years ago and continues to grow in numbers and strength.  Any undergraduate student in any major may become a member of SOE.  Students who are compelled to learn more should contact the SOE advisor, Dr.Ralph Hanke at (419) 372-3417 or by email at ralphh.bgsu.edu
