Dr. González received his BBA from the University of Puerto Rico, his MS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and his DBA from Kent State University. He recently obtained a JD degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He holds the CPA, CMA, CIA and CFM certificates and is licensed as an attorney at law in Puerto Rico.
Dr. González has been a college professor for over 37 years and has received teaching awards both at Kent State and in Puerto Rico. In the year 2000, the Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, IMA chapter recognized him as its Member of the Century in Education.
